These Terms of Sale apply to purchases of photographic prints, digital photographs, and other products offered through the official website of Taeyoung Kang Photography.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms.
1. Seller
The photographs and products offered on this website are created and sold by Taeyoung Kang, an independent photographer based in the Republic of Korea.

2. Products
Product descriptions, sizes, materials, editions, and other specifications are provided on the relevant product pages.
Due to differences in monitors, printing processes, paper, and materials, the appearance and color of a physical print may differ slightly from the image displayed online.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed on the relevant product page.
Payment is processed through the payment method made available at checkout. Any fees charged directly by a payment provider, bank, or currency conversion service may be subject to the terms of that provider.
Where applicable, shipping charges will be shown or communicated before the order is finalized.
4. Orders
An order is considered accepted after payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.
Taeyoung Kang Photography reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where fulfillment is impossible due to technical errors, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances.
If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will receive a refund for the amount paid for the affected order.
5. Photographic Prints
Photographic prints may be produced individually after an order is received.
Production times may therefore vary depending on print size, paper, finishing options, and the printing service used.
If a photograph is sold as a limited edition, edition information will be stated on the relevant product page.
6. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Estimated production and delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by printing schedules, carriers, customs procedures, holidays, or other circumstances outside the seller’s reasonable control.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.
7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Requests for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Because some photographic prints may be produced specifically for an individual order, cancellation or return options may be limited once production has begun where permitted by applicable law.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order, please contact Taeyoung Kang Photography promptly with the order details and photographs showing the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
8. Digital Products
Digital photographs purchased through this website are provided for the personal use specified at the time of purchase unless a separate license expressly states otherwise.
Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the photograph.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, distribute, commercially exploit, or make the digital file available to third parties without prior written permission.
9. Copyright
All photographs and visual works displayed or sold through this website remain protected by copyright.

Purchasing a physical print or digital photograph does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, commercial usage rights, or intellectual property rights to the purchaser unless expressly agreed in writing.

Personal information submitted in connection with an order will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes in services, payment methods, legal requirements, or business practices.
The version published on this website at the time of an order will apply to that order.
